   Same here, of course.  The highlight of the new Wget might
be that it seems to  work without errors when downloading VSI
PAKs, using a URL with a query string, like:
"https://vmssoftware.com/community-license.php?hash=<hash>"
(without using "-O <nice_name>").  You still get the hideous
file name, but without the "utime" complaints ("file
specification syntax error", from my utime).
