True, if you work from one access point.  But that is then a single 
point of failure.  An alternative is some sort of password safe with a 
master password.  But if that is local, again a single point of failure 
(except perhaps if running on a distributed VMS cluster) and if not, you 
have to trust the platform where it is hosted.
