   I'd try to take it out and look at it.

   Failing that, searching SYS$SYSTEM:SYS$CONFIG.DAT for "GY"
might narrow the field.

   If you can get the PCI vendor and device IDs from the
console, then they might (identify a chip which would)
correlate with a model.  ">>>show config"?
"sysman io show device"?

   Some old cards had a DIP switch to select the resolution
and frequencies.

   I wouldn't bet that there was _a_ standard graphic card in
them.  And there was more than one PWS model.  (Especially if
"P" includes "Professional" as well as "Personal".)
