[Info-vax] I64 RAID controller P4xx family - init drives on one controller, use on a different family model

It's worthy to note that the RX2660 QuickSpec describes the LSISAS1068 on-board SCSI controller as "Core 8 port Serial Attached SCSI (SAS) host bus adapter" while it describes the P400 option as "8 port Smart Array P400 Serial Attached SCSI (SAS) controller,".

This strongly suggests that the LSISAS1068 controller is not considered part of the HP/HPE Smart Array controller family.

I initialized a hardware RAID mirror set on an RX2660 LSISAS1068 controller running the final release firmware, loaded data, setup boot pointer and successfully booted OpenVMS from it.
I then performed a conrolled shutdown/power down, moved the RAID mirror set member drives to a P400 controller on the same RX2660, powered up and booted OpenVMS from the same removable media I used for the earlier test sequence.

I used MSA$UTIL to interrogate the UNITS and DISKS visible to the P400 controller.

The P400 controller could see the individual drives, but could not detect the RAID controller units created earlier.

I'm declaring this as a format migration failure between the LSISAS1068 and the P400.

I have done similar format interchange tests between P400 and P410 controllers (both directions) successfully.
