You are right, I am in the Philadelphia-Camden area.  Shipping cost for the entire doc set would be about $130 anywhere in the US, as it is book rate.

I may have a working 4000-100 with a VT terminal and some SCSI drives.  I'll check and give more details if there is any interest.  This would have a high shipping cost, so local would be much better.
