I'm unaware of any "VAX Portfolio PAK" - what is this?

The only PAKs I know that cover multiple products are the 
NET-APP-SUP-nnn PAKs whoch include things like DECnet, TCP/IP, 
DECwindows, VMScluster and others depending on the value of "nnn".
