It's partially in the name - it's one of the OpenSource BSD OSes, so it
has a BSD license, specifically the "2 clause" Berkely-style license
(TLDR: Free to use, if redistributing tell people where you got it from,
keep the copyright notice intact), details here:

Also, of course, comes with _complete_ system sources.
