I got a little mixed up. I was in part replying to Dave, and in part to 
Phillip.  But you can figure out what I mean. HPE still owns VAX/VMS. VSI has
no rights to VAX/VMS. VSI is not at all interested in VAX/VMS.  Anyone who
wants VAX licenses needs to convince HPE, not VSI, to produce them. And good
luck with finding anyone at HPE management to listen, or who even knows what a 
VAX is.
