I know we have the VAX master pack (I've looked through it to see how X was 
done on VAX) but I thought it was included by accident with all the other stuff 
we got from Bangalore. Also I distinctly remember in the early days being told 
we didn't have rights to VAX at all, and someone did joke that it was legal 
under the contract to 'port VMS to VAX' since we have the rights to port VMS to 
anything.
