Simon, learn to read more closely.  I did suggest looking at who this 
guy, Jon, works for.  HP (not HPe) Financial services.  Rod's post 
suggests that these are licenses from leased equipment, that is probably 
off lease.  The "financing company" is looking to get some revenue from 
the previously leased systems, or, the PAKs.  I'm not sure that's even 
legal, but, who's going to go after HP?

He's got a filing cabinet of old PAKs ....

Got to wonder if he's reselling the same PAKs to multiple people?
