I'm not sure what you are asking; as Bob pointed out, V7.3-2
was an Alpha-only release.  V7.3 was the last VAX release.

V7.3-2 was released in 2003, and had a lot of update kits.

Among the new features added to V7.3-2 via various updates
was the Host-Based Minimerge feature for Host-Based Volume
Shadowing.
