Sadly, I do not have any VMS systems that are connected to the internet, so I am limited to using groups.

All of my VMS systems are on an isolated private network not connected to the outside world.  Since there are client codes and systems there, I don't connect them.  This has been a selling point for me and remote support as I can reproduce problems locally without any possible outside influence.
