I looked at the agreement text.

"VSI grants You a non-exclusive, non-transferable revocable license to 
Use (as defined below) the Software in object code form as provided to 
you by VSI, solely for Non-commercial purposes. "

is as expected.

Same is most of all the rest of the legalese.

There were two sentences that caught my attention.

"You may Use one copy of the Software on one device at a time."

Does this say that one can only have one hobbyist system booted at a time?

"Operating system Software may only be used when operating the 
associated hardware in configurations as approved, sold, or subsequently 
upgraded by VSI or a VSI authorized reseller."

Does this limit hobbyist usage to supported HW?

Neither is a problem for me. I am not complaining.

But I think it may be relevant for other to know what these
two sentences mean.
