SSH to a Linux box and run Firefox. Due to X11 forwarding over SSH, you
will now have a modern web browser running on your VMS desktop. :-)

This does assume however that your SSH client on VMS supports X11
forwarding and that Firefox doesn't need any X11 extensions which don't
exist in DECWindows...
