It depends if and how they are installed. Not installed as resident or
with shared address data, they are mapped in P0. (The image activator
does not load, it maps - in all but one case, but that doesn't matter,
here.) Installed as resident image, as much as can be shared is mapped
in S0 (and if possible, code in S2) anything else in P0. Installed with
shared address data the whole image is mapped in P1. Installed with
shared address data and resident it is partially in P1 and S0 (and if
possible, code in S2).
