Most or all of the quotas are in SYSUAF, and when you create a new 
account they are just copied from the DEFAULT account.  So if you bring 
your SYSUAF file over from your Alpha or Itanium system, you'll have the 
same quotas you had before unless you take specific steps to upgrade them.
