Sure, it is no human right to shop in some specific shop.
If you just *must* use cash, just go to another shop...

But it is no real issue, almost no one use cash here.
Either bank/dept card or the phone based "Swish" payment.
A lot of shops and I'd say all sellers on flea markets accepts
today accept payments using Swish. https://www.swish.nu/
Over 1.6 million payments/day, or 20 payments/sec.
