OpenSSL 1.1.1 / SSL111 brings TLSv1.3, which is where most of us are 
next headed.

OpenSSL 1.0.2 / SSL1 has TLSv1.2, which is where we should be at.

All versions prior to OpenSSL 1.1.1 / SSL111 are off of upstream support.

Next release of OpenSSL will be OpenSSL 3.0.0, and presumably then a 
VSI SSL300 kit arrives.

The HPE Apache port is ancient. VSI has a semi-recent Apache 2.4.38 available.

Fodder for VSI marketing, most of this...
