Does LMF have the concept of "VAX" as an architectural restriction? I remember some early cross-platform PAKs had an "Alpha" tag or similar to enable the license to load on Alpha as well as VAX.

The reason I'm wondering, is that there are folks (including HP) who could issue PAKGEN licenses for Producer=DEC and the VAX architecture restriction, if such a thing actually exists. Is the VMS Liberation Front (who seemed to have workarounds for licenses) still in existence?

Obviously, it would be better to get the PAKs from HP. They could simply issue one last set of Hobbyist PAKs for VAX that don't have an expiration date as a goodwill gesture.
