[Info-vax] OpenVMS Hobbyist Notification

Last information I had is that earlier HPE had announced they were ceasing to make "Retail" (my word) licenses sales for their OpenVMS and layered products to end-user customers.  It was a public announcement.

In a related note, it's still possible to acquire such HPE licenses thru used equipment brokers.  How long that will continue is currently undefined.  That wasn't a public announcement.

No discounts that I know about, so the pricing would be unattractive to most hobbyists.
