That is an interesting point.  Other than the non-commercial
clause I don't believe anything list what can and can't be done
under a Hobbyist License.

That was the problem with the later Educational Program that
I talked with HP about while still working at the University.
It was much more detailed and while I don't know of any school
that actually used it, it was virtually impossible to do so
without violating the small print.  I can think of no school
legal department that would have signed off on its use.
