[Info-vax] ES47 2G FC and rx2800 i4 8G FC in same VMS Cluster with Shadowsets on shared storage controller? Is this possible?

We are using mixed GBIC speeds 2 gig and 8 gig clustered, Alpha (HP VMS), 
Integrity (VSI VMS) and Proliant (VAX emulation Compaq VMS) and it works fine
 in production. Some GBIC's only support certain speed ranges, e.g 1/2/4, 
4/8 ... so we just changed the GBIC on the switch to suit.

It always amuses me when it says "mixed  versions of VMS in your cluster" on
 booting. I always reply "No s**t!"

(It's mainly the VAX emulations booting due to Windoze updates).
