[Info-vax] Decforms shareable executable forms.

I intend to use Decforms shareable excutable forms on an RX2800 running OpenVMS 8.4-2L1. The Decforms version is 4.2.
I began with a very small example :
the program is a small FORMS059.COB that calls a shareable form FORM059_FORM.EXE (the form name is FORM059_FORM.IFDL)
What are the commands I would have to use to create (forms translate, forms extract object, link) the shareable form (FORM059_FORM.EXE) and the program (FORMS059.EXE) that calls it.
