Robert, thank you for your answer. I have opened a case and I am still searching a solution with someone from VSI. In the meantime, I posted my question to, eventually, see my problem solved.
I didn't find the same example (cobol program calling a shareable executable form) in Decforms documentation. I found an example with a .form file.
