Filename completion is needed as much on VMS as it is on Unix.
Work with it for a while and you will _really_ miss it when using DCL.
Editing long command lines is really needed as well, but thanks to all
the technical debt that has been built up in the VMS terminal driver
that isn't going to happen anytime soon.
