That brings back a partial memory.  I remember the utility, but, I 
cannot remember what the output looked like.  I wrote a utility on VMS 
that did similar things.  Mostly for practice.  Could be a lot better.

Also wrote some code that pretty much duplicated the RSTS messaging stuff.

Both in Macro-32.  Don't hit me John ...
