I left an Alpha equivalent installation kit for SYSTAT on Eisner
Its world readable, so anyone with sufficient nostalgia is welcome:
  DSA3:[DECUSERVE_USER.RECHTMAN]SYSTAT.*
Guaranteed to have bugs, lots of imperfections.
