It's now the next day and still nothing on the VSI website that I can see.

This is absolutely massive and excellent news for the future of VMS
and by now every customer that VSI has the contact details for should
have been told about it, especially the non-Rdb users. :-(

This would send a major signal because VSI have managed to get _Oracle_
to commit to Rdb on x86-64 and it would be a major confidence boost that
x86-64 VMS is less likely to suddenly fail at the last moment.

I hope any VSI employees reading this tell VSI marketing to get their
act together _today_ (literally) and get this news out to everyone.

This is really good news for building confidence in the future of VMS,
but only if everyone knows about it.
