The two major server OS'es Linux and Windows happens to have browsers
because they have a desktop "sibling".

But I suspect few Linux servers has the browser installed. No
point because usually it will be impossible to route the X
traffic from the server in the server room/data center/cloud
to the desktop.

For Windows Core then browser is not an option. I suspect that some
Windows servers run IE via remote desktop for some stuff, but
that is a bit oldfashioned.

Why?

It is a lot easier to run the browser on the same PC that you are using
to login to the server from.
