I've never heard the phrase "Shriner's Parade", but I had an uncle who 
was a Shriner, and his obituary picture had him wearing a fez.  I seem 
to remember that the higher Shriner ranks were the lower Masonic ranks, 
but that is something I heard as a child half a century ago.
