You don't seem to understand what terminology is.

Terminology describe the terms actually used to facilitate
communication.

The term "security by obscurity" is used today with a certain
meaning.

That you want to use a different definition is similar to wanting
to change the meaning of North and South. Sure you can switch them
around, but it as long as everybody else is using the common
meaning, then it would be pointless.
