How many of them are Hobbyist licenses that won't be legal very soon? I've run into lots of OpenVMS Hobbyists that run their own mail server or other thing with an old VaxStation Model 90 or whatever.

What I'm getting at is I will wager the bulk of those aren't business use machines.
