The Alpha Firmware Update CDs includes Q-VET, a qualification and
validation testing tool (to be used "by authorized Hewlett-Packard
Service Personnel and Service Partners only"). It installs under VMS
and Tru64. I have no idea, though, whether it will work with an
emulated Alpha.
