Not that much.
Kafka is written in Java and Scala.
But there are client libraries available in:
C/C++
.NET = C# + VB.NET
Java = Java + Scala + Kotlin + Groovy + Clojure
PHP
Swift
Free Pascal
Go
Rust
Erlang
Python
Ruby
Perl
JavaScript
That covers a lot (even though no Fortran and no Cobol).
