Should be no problem, as the drives negotiate and are backwards
compatable in terms of interface. Graceful fallback and set speed
to the lowest speed device on the bus.

Currently retrofitting 2.5" u320 scsi drives to to old Sparcstation
2 (1990), with no issues. Ex IBM blade servers...
