OpenLDAP 2.4.47 for VMS seems to have been released by VSI in 
February/March (if one can trust release notes).

The general 2.4.47 is from December 2018.

I was curious whether the VSI announcement Hoff and Jan-Erik saw
was for 2.4.47 or a newer version.
