[Info-vax] New VSI Community license PAK

Just received the following from VSI:

"After analyzing the feedback given by the participants of the Community 
License program, VMS Software has made the decision to remove the 
limitations imposed by the previous version of the license.

This means that from now on, the number of units in the PAK for Alpha 
will be unlimited thus making it possible to install the community 
license on any Alpha system and the Integrity license will include HBVS 
and clustering until further notice. However, the Community License 
Agreement remains unchanged, so any commercial use of the operating 
system is strictly forbidden and those who are interested in commercial 
scenarios are eligible to a common or ISV license that can be agreed 
with the sales department."

New alpha PAK was attached
