"The most secure operating system on the planet" wasn't my idea, David.

VSI does now have access to faster cryptographic processing, with
semi-recent x86-64 hardware.

I'm not expecting ~V9.2 NISCS traffic encrypted and authenticated,
though that'd be nice—if VSI can maintain performance. Yes, IPSCS
traffic does get encrypted, and that implementation could use some work.

Kernel support for TLS and DTLS would be also interesting, but the SCS
adoption of that or of ZRTP or ilk would be unexpected.

I'd expect this change is due to other updates and enhancements to
clustering protocols, something that happened occasionally in previous
releases. e.g. DLM-related changes.

But we'll know when VSI tells us.
