That must be highly dependent on what the next step was efter the
steps that created those errors. Maybe some "update if exists, create
if not". And the "Terminating is strongly recommended" message might be
a generic processing for any error and not specific for these two errors.
Maybe just a missing check for file existance before the operation
that failed. And HELP and DCL obviously works for John Reinhardt, not?
