[Info-vax] Best way to get what I can off a failed VMS Disk?

Note of clarification:   When I spoke of the controller, I meant the controller card attached to the HD itself.  This is usually attached with 4 screws and can be replaced easily.  Please note that you should only READ teh device at this time as specific information about the HDD is stored on that card and is unique to each physical device.
