[Info-vax] Does anyone know if the unsupported TBO (time boost utility that "drifts" time forward or backward by adjusting ticklength) was every ported to the Itanium?

I'd doubt that VSI will reset the time-base to UTC, given the singular 
and necessary focus on the port.

Switching the time-base would mean that all saved times from prior to 
the switch are off by ±13 hours or so.

Some customers won't notice that. Some can tolerate that. Some cannot.  
Among other wrinkles. And there will be wrinkles.

If history repeats, we'll probably then next discuss this topic around 
the time of the Arm or RISC-V port.
