I know very little also other than from talking to several people on these lists who say that it's as scarce as hen's teeth. Do you have a copy? It looks like you ahve a few of the files from the listings below. Do you know where they came from?

Here my knowledge runs out. I can't recall any documentation online anywhere. But that may be due to bit rot in my brain.
