[Info-vax] REPLY/ALL in VMS Mail client ?

I don't think that there would have to be a choice; one could add 
qualifiers to the current scheme.

Apparently VMS MAIL can be served to a POP client or whatever.  
Presumably there is some command-line POP client, but I don't know and 
if sure I don't know whether it would have that functionality.

There is also the DECwindows interface to VMS MAIL, but I'm not familiar 
with it and doubt that it provides more functionality.
