Is REPLY/ALL all that you miss?

Again, if it is a one-off to one or two people on CC, just cut and paste 
the CC line; probably quicker than finding "reply to all" in the 
pull-down menu on the GUI.  :-)  If you are often replying to the same 
group, create a distribution list.  Add to that the fact that MAIL 
translates logical names and that you can define keys and so on then you 
could have a one-press command to reply to a certain distribution list.

On the other hand, there are advantages to REPLY/ALL being somewhat 
difficult to achieve, or at least not having it the default.  :-)  
Though sometimes the results are interesting if I can laugh at others' 
expense.  :-D
