[Info-vax] How would you load balance excess webserver traffic between multiple OpenVMS servers?

I believe in our country, and I feel that most citizens also have that 
same belief.  What was the numbers in DC?  2500 or something like that? 
As part of something like 340 million people or more, it's been a while 
since I saw that number.  2500 isn't even a drop in a bucket, but, they 
were vocal and visible.

To some extent, the USA is a rather tolerant society.  But at some point 
people are going to decide "these assholes are trying to destroy MY 
country", and the amount of tolerance may diminish.

I see nothing that VMS could do to improve things.
