Fwiw - I have been using FileZilla client on Windows 10 extensively via SFTP to securely (SFTP) transfer patches, documentation, ISO's etc. back and forth to both HP OpenVMS 8.4 release and the latest versions of VSI OpenVMS for many years.

Patches from VSI/HPE to local Windows 10 client to OpenVMS transfer flawlessly. Also worked well with Windows 8.1 clients as well.

Latest FileZilla Windows client I am using is 3.52.0.5.
