[Info-vax] How would you load balance excess webserver traffic between multiple OpenVMS servers?

That's because the MultiNet interface was based on the CLI for DEC's 
TOPS-20 OS, not VMS. I don't remember why they chose the TOPS-20 
interface, if I ever knew. TOPS-20 provided for things like 
TAB-completion for commands, and for being able to type "?" to get help 
for a command. You can see this in MULTINET CONFIGURE. For example, if 
you type "SET " and then "?", you'll get a list of all of the valid 
options for SET. If you type SET LOC and hit TAB, it'll fill in "AL-DOMAIN".
