Process Software developed Purveyor. It was great for its time, but its 
time was over about 20 years ago. WASD and OSU both surpassed it 
feature-wise around then, and most VMS sites were choosing WASD instead 
of buying Purveyor. It's so far out of date (no virtual host support, no 
TLS support, for starters) that it would take a ton of work just to make 
it usable. There's a reason we at Process switched to WASD many years 
ago....
