Rdb are SYS$SYSTEM:RDBPREnn.EXE and SYS$SYSTEM:SQL$PREnn.EXE in recent
versions and I find it very likely to have been like that since
forever.
Newer Oracle DB (Oracle Classic) on Windows use PROC.EXE and PROCOB.EXE,
but no idea how Oracle 7 on VMS would be - Oracle could have
changed names as part of some marketing branding.

In some ways it would be good news for VMS to have its first
bitcoin mining malware. That would make VMS somewhat mainstream.
