You are not allowed to use the Hobbyist licence in any commercial
settings at all.

These licences will expire in less than a year anyway.

BTW, what do you mean by purchased a kit ?

The last Hobbyist kit I purchased was 15-20 years ago and it's been
available for free download for at least a decade (at least while HPE
was still running a VMS hobbyist program).
